SUMMARY OF DUTIES
This position is responsible for providing advanced customer and Account Executives/Sales Representatives with service and support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1. Provides technical support to Account Executives/Sales Reps and customers and reports any issues to management.
2. Manages complex order details and quotations with customers and Account Executives/Sales Reps through email, phone, fax, or other communication outlets.
3. Performs customer account maintenance such as entering new customer accounts, changing/updating existing customer accounts, changing and entering pricing, and ensuring that all facets of customer information is accurate and present.
4. Resolves customer concerns and problems which may include product delivery, product pricing, and inaccurate shipment problems or errors.
5. Sends product samples to Account Executives/Sales Reps and customers upon request.
6. Responsible for understanding and resolving issues concerning order fulfillment, invoicing/pricing discrepancies and general customer service-related matters.
7. Generates customized reports regarding products, sales revenue, Return Goods Authorizations, etc.
8. Coordinates sales related activities and customer requests with supporting departments.
9. Works closely with the sales force on monthly reports related to field inventory such as consigned and/or sales stock.
10. Performs other related duties and tasks as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education equivalent to a high school diploma with four years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills and the ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under strict time constraints to meet the needs of customers and management.
• Very detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and requests efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Call Center experience strongly preferred.
• Typing at 35 WPM.
• Bilingual – Spanish or local language preference.
