Overview of the Role
C.A. BUILD is seeking an energetic and hard-working professional to join their Sales Operations team. The Specialist, Sales Operations position is an integral part of the team, providing support to Sales and Sales Operations with the necessary tools and insights to help manage our client’s businesses. In this role, the team member is expected to take the lead on compiling and organizing retailer specific promotional plans either in Excel or Trade Promotional Management system. This position plays a key part in helping to execute daily tasks that maintain the various ongoing sales support processes that are in place.
- Location: Fully remote or if local to Chicago, IL a hybrid schedule will be observed 2-3 in office
- Salary range $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience, qualifications and skills

What You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune
- Support our Sales Execution Managers with Distributor processes; including paperwork, supplier and item set up, and promotional submissions
- Provide support to the Sales and Sales Operations teams with completion of new item forms, promotional paperwork, and data entry tasks
- Assist with basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
- Own the collection of new client onboarding materials
- Audit SharePoint file systems on a regular basis to ensure all materials, information, and reports are accurate and up to date and the necessary parties have access
- Support in routinely updating sales presentation templates as well as retailer specific presentations
- Perform any other development and administrative related duties as assigned
What You Should Bring to the Table
- Experience with Distributor paperwork, set-up, and processes – primarily KeHE and/or UNFI (preferred)
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint proficiency
- A demonstrated competency in multi-tasking and problem-solving with focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Able to collaborate with a team as well as independently motivated
- Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills
