We’re looking for a Sales Operations Senior Lead who expects more from their career  It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us, deliver a best-in-class sales process and be the keystone to success of the retail media business.

Joining our team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to support our sales team by contributing to all sales operations with primary responsibilities across sales analytics, sales process optimization, and data and technology solutions.

You will ensure sales data indicators are analysed and communicated effectively to maximise advertising sales potential. The role will develop close relationships with our internal sales team and third-parties to support the budgeting, forecasting and reporting throughout the year and to ensure campaigns are delivered as efficiently as possible from pre-sales to post-campaign measurement.

 What you’ll be working on

  • Developing a deep understanding of our sales performance across clients and categories and work closely with our sales teams to provide insight into opportunities to grow sales, including regular deep dives and surgeries as required
  • Work in partnership with our finance and product teams to define requirements for the development of dashboards and other regular reporting frameworks, providing reporting of sales performance to all levels of the organisation
  • Use data to analyse sales KPIs across teams and product areas, enabling a full understanding of our sales performance, and feed this insight into Sales and Product teams to drive future strategy
  • Develop an in depth understanding of our sales tracking and CRM systems and help define requirements for future tooling
  • Own the end-to-end sales process to ensure that all campaigns are delivered efficiently and accurately in line with CPG briefs and continuing to improve the process.

 What we expect from you

  • Experience working in a media sales organisation in a sales operations role
  • Strong commercial background and proven experience in partnering with sales teams to drive commercial success
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital or retail media advertising ecosystem
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including finance and product teams
  • Forward thinking and self-driven with a strong “can do” attitude.
  • Fluent French Speaker

En rejoignant notre équipe, vous travaillerez avec des personnes passionnées et de classe mondiale pour soutenir notre équipe de vente en contribuant à toutes les opérations de vente avec des responsabilités principales dans l'analyse des ventes, l'optimisation du processus de vente et les solutions de données et de technologie.

Vous veillerez à ce que les indicateurs de données de vente soient analysés et communiqués efficacement afin de maximiser le potentiel de vente de publicité. Vous développerez des relations étroites avec notre équipe de vente interne et des tiers pour soutenir la budgétisation, les prévisions et le reporting tout au long de l'année et pour garantir que les campagnes sont menées aussi efficacement que possible, de l'avant-vente à l'évaluation post-campagne.

 Ce sur quoi vous travaillerez

  • Développer une compréhension approfondie de nos performances de vente à travers les clients et les catégories et travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de vente pour fournir des informations sur les opportunités de croissance des ventes, y compris des plongées en profondeur régulières et des chirurgies selon les besoins.
  • Travailler en partenariat avec nos équipes financières et produits afin de définir les besoins pour le développement de tableaux de bord et d'autres cadres de rapports réguliers, fournissant des rapports sur la performance des ventes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Utiliser les données pour analyser les indicateurs clés de performance des ventes à travers les équipes et les domaines de produits, permettant une compréhension complète de nos performances de vente, et fournir ces informations aux équipes de ventes et de produits pour conduire la stratégie future.
  • Développer une compréhension approfondie de nos systèmes de suivi des ventes et de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et aider à définir les besoins pour les outils futurs.
  • S'approprier le processus de vente de bout en bout pour s'assurer que toutes les campagnes sont menées de manière efficace et précise, conformément aux briefs CPG, et continuer à améliorer le processus.

Ce que nous attendons de vous

  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans une organisation de vente de médias dans un rôle d'opérations de vente.
  • Solide expérience commerciale et expérience avérée dans le partenariat avec les équipes de vente pour assurer la réussite commerciale.
  • Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de l'écosystème de la publicité numérique ou des médias de détail.
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée du travail avec des équipes transversales, y compris des équipes financières et des équipes produits.
  • Vous êtes tourné vers l'avenir et autonome, et vous avez une forte capacité d'action.
  • Parler couramment le français
