What You Will Accomplish:

  • Process Optimization: Work with sales leadership to analyze and refine sales workflows, ensuring maximum efficiency while reducing friction for the sales team.
  • Data Management: Ensure sales technology data governance, from data collection and processing to analysis for assessing sales performance.
  • Performance Metrics: Support analytics efforts to optimize conversion rates and enhance sales strategies.
  • Sales Strategy Support: Provide insights and recommendations to help shape sales initiatives.
  • Pipeline Forecasting: Drive visibility and accuracy, assisting in forecasting, planning, and budget management to align resources with sales objectives.
  • Commission Management: Own administration and accuracy of commission payouts, ensuring timely and transparent processing aligned with company policies and sales performance.
  • Annual Sales Planning: Support strategic planning through data-driven recommendations for quota assignments, sales territories, capacity, and revenue planning.
  • Prospect List Management: Own and maintain comprehensive, segmented prospect lists to ensure high-quality lead access for targeted outreach.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop processes, resources, and training to enhance sales productivity and performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Eve’s CRO, Director of Revenue Operations, and Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in sales operations or related roles, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Sales Tech Stack: Experience with sales enablement tools, data warehouses, and data visualization tools. Passion for leveraging technology to enhance sales processes.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. SQL and BI reporting dashboard experience a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to translate business challenges into technology/process-led solutions.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with an innate ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
