What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales Enablement & Support

  • Equip our Account Managers with the tools, training, and resources they need to build strong client relationships and close more business.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure client communications, promotions, and materials align with our sales goals.
  • Develop playbooks, templates, and best practices to make outreach and client service more effective.

Optimize Processes & Drive Efficiency

  • Design, implement, and refine workflows to help our Account Managers better serve clients.
  • Identify roadblocks in the client journey and build solutions that keep things moving seamlessly.
  • Own and manage our CRM (HubSpot)—ensuring it’s organized, optimized, and actively used by the team.

Data-Driven Strategy & Insights

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics like client retention, upsell opportunities, and revenue trends.
  • Provide actionable insights that help our team stay proactive rather than reactive.
  • Develop forecasts and pipeline strategies that keep us ahead of the game.

Leadership

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and leadership to ensure alignment on goals and growth strategies.
  • Design sales compensation models, commission structures, and incentives that drive motivation and performance.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, bringing innovative ideas that help us stay ahead in the promotional products space.

What you will bring to the table:

  • Process-Oriented & Detail-Driven – You geek out over efficiency, automation, and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Data-Savvy – You love digging into numbers, spotting trends, and using insights to make better decisions.
  • Tech-Forward – Experience with HubSpot (or other CRMs), Excel, and automation tools is a big plus.
  • Collaboration skills – You work well across teams and bring a positive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Relationship building skills – You understand that people are at the heart of every great business, and you create processes that empower them.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations management, Revenue Operations, or a related role
  • Background in B2B sales, account management, or client success is highly desirable.
  • Experience in promotional products, marketing, or branding is a bonus but not required!
