This Position:

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager (Southern Europe) to join our Sales Operations team. The individual will be a go-to business partner for our sales & management teams and will be responsible for building & nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

The role will design & own processes to help drive revenue growth and improve customer retention, and will be responsible for developing & delivering key insights to allow sales leaders & sellers track performance, identifying business needs and addressing them with data-backed recommendations.

The position will report to the Sales Operations Director (Southern Europe).

Other Responsibilities to include:

  • Building and maintaining revenue and pipeline reports & dashboards for sales teams, QBR’s and management meetings.
  • Reviewing deals for correct treatment in line with Compensation Plans and managing commission payments.
  • Liaising with Deal Desk & Sales Support teams on complex deals for the region.
  • Supporting on planning and forecasting of revenue and costs.
  • Working with Sales and Sales Support teams to manage data hygiene activities in Salesforce.
  • Ensuring new internal processes are communicated to and understood by the sales teams.
  • Supporting and enabling sales teams in the execution of global and regional programs.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field.
  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Finance or IT function.
  • 5 years’ experience with Salesforce.com or MS Dynamics required. Experience in designing and building reports and dashboards will be a significant advantage.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Passionate about data integrity and the value of accurate & insightful metrics.
  • Proven track record of converting complex scenarios into manageable workstreams to generate compelling insights.
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work.
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects and being able to shift priority as needed while maintaining high quality results.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement plus Spanish and/or Italian fluency will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to try new and innovative things.

Additional

  • Location: Ideally Italy or Spain, but will consider Cork (Ireland)
  • Will require some travel to regional offices (Cork, France, Italy, Spain)
