SBS Tunisia is seeking a Sales Operation Manager

About the Job:

Working Experience:15 + years of experience within revenue accounting and/or sales operations, or a related field within a Software/Technology multinational environment.

Education: Graduated in Accounting, Finances or related fields.

Job Location: Tunis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the Order Intake Budgeting and Forecasting processes.

• Insure Monitoring of the sales data analytics and Interpreting data.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives.

• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement

• Think critically about the deliverables and plans for projects to ensure they align with the goals.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales technologies and CRM systems.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), revenue intelligence tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Project management skills, with experience in leading initiatives
