Kemper interns will be exposed to the following concepts and experiences:

Learn and participate in project work related to sales operations which may include creating and revising documents or reports.

Perform audits on specified department tasks for accuracy and to assure all guidelines, policies & procedures were followed within the individual’s knowledge base.

Attend department meetings and provide feedback to the team when additional opportunities are identified.

Investigate inefficiencies and participate in discussions for improvement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):

Junior or Senior status enrolled at: University of Texas Rio Grande Valley

Qualifying majors in an academic area related to financial services or insurance industry, such as, finance, data analytics, communications, accounting, or business administration

Non-business majors are welcome if strong interest in financial services and/or insurance industry

A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale

This position is a hybrid role and may require work in the office 3-4 days a week
