Kemper interns will be exposed to the following concepts and experiences: 

  • Learn and participate in project work related to sales operations which may include creating and revising documents or reports.

  • Perform audits on specified department tasks for accuracy and to assure all guidelines, policies & procedures were followed within the individual’s knowledge base.  

  • Attend department meetings and provide feedback to the team when additional opportunities are identified.

  • Investigate inefficiencies and participate in discussions for improvement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):

  • Junior or Senior status enrolled at: University of Texas Rio Grande Valley

  • Qualifying majors in an academic area related to financial services or insurance industry, such as, finance, data analytics, communications, accounting, or business administration

  • Non-business majors are welcome if strong interest in financial services and/or insurance industry

  • A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale

  • This position is a hybrid role and may require work in the office 3-4 days a week

  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
