About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to join to join our Central Sales Operations team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations across multiple countries. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both remotely and in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:

    • Process and review sales orders with precision, ensuring compliance with pricing, margins, and internal policies.

    • Proactively manage order backlogs, identifying and resolving delays or discrepancies.

  • Partner Support:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

  • Operational Excellence:

    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, logistics) to streamline order processing and delivery.

    • Maintain accurate partner data and generate key performance reports (e.g., backlog status, SLAs, material information).

  • System Administration:

    • Manage new reseller onboarding

    • Receive and process reseller invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

    • Receive commission invoices from resellers.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Adapt to evolving business needs, support cross-functional projects, and contribute to process improvements.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and oral).

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP, CRM systems and AFO

  • A team player with a proactive, positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn.
