Job Description Summary
This position will be responsible for supporting our sales, marketing and business development organizations by overseeing our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and providing insights into our sales pipeline. With a keen eye and meticulous attention to detail, the role will support C&W Services’ expansion into new markets.
The Sales Operations Associate will work closely with our heads of sales, sales operations and marketing to ensure that our front office operations are operating effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce.com (SFDC) usage and data integrity policies:
- Monitor sales pipeline and police overdue opportunities for update by sales, as well as flagging any unusual activity.
- Monitoring sales trends and key performance indicators for sales teams.
- Identify upcoming rebids & renewals and inform appropriate teams.
- Identify deferred opportunities and inform appropriate teams when ready for reengagement.
- Update and maintain regional alignment for reporting purposes and automated approval flows.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting on SFDC data (e.g. pipeline, win/loss, etc.).
- Update and maintain internal SFDC usage documentation (e.g. training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts).
- Assist in training of new resources on SFDC platform.
- Liaison between sales and SFDC Architects on changes/updates required to SFDC
- Compile lists of ready-to-assign leads and assign to appropriate sales resources based on vertical and region alignment.
- Execute lead scoring process head of pursuit decisions.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree
- 1-3 years demonstrated success in a sales operations and/or CRM analytics role
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Analytically minded strategic thinker who can proactively identify opportunities for growth

- Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited time frame and to establish trust and maintain a collaborative spirit working cross-functionally in the organization

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00
