Who We’re Looking For:


Therabody is looking for a detail oriented Sales Operations Associate to assist our domestic and international sales teams with order fulfillment and distributor relations. They will need to be an organized taskmaster with keen attention to detail. Well organized and ability to self-structure the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and enter incoming B2B purchase orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, tracking, etc
  • Monitor orders and fix issues that are preventing them from dropping to the 3PL for shipment
  • Review order book daily to ensure expected ship dates are accurate
  • Report expected revenue for each month based on current order book
  • Coordinate special handling of orders with 3PL and logistics team
  • Respond to RMA and warranty replacement requests
  • Enter and track Free of Charge (FOC) orders
  • Specialty handling of orders for top clients and partnerships
  • Set up new SKUs with customers
  • Support sales on administrative items
  • Support sales ops team on special projects

The Right Person Would Have

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to details
  • Excellent follow-up and time management skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive self-starter that is creative and flexible with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for effective interaction with all levels within the company
  • Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding and time sensitive environment
  • Strong sense of project ownership and dedication to delivering outstanding results
