We are looking for Sales Operations and Support Specialist.

The Sales Operations and Support Specialist will be an ad hoc utility team member who will have a diverse set of responsibilities to support multiple responsibilities across sales operations to serve as a versatile support resource for several sales operations programs. You will also have opportunities to serve as a lead for projects as demand requires.
You will be a utility team member for the sales enablement and operations team. You will report to the VP of Sales Strategy and Enablement. Here are some examples of ad hoc work you will have responsibilities for:
- Perform daily user support to sales team, including sales order and work item processing and review to verify for accuracy, completeness and audit control
- Provide accurate delivery of support tasks for sales team, Salesforce administrators and leadership
- Collaborate with partners to ensure to answer questions related to SFDC data to support accurate billing of our clients.
- Ensure data quality in Salesforce
- Perform research on the quality of SFDC data reports on findings and collaborate with internal personnel to correct quality issues.
- SFDC process documentation for sales operations team and sales end-users
- Develop and launch process flow to meet department needs
- Automate reporting and deliver data quality operating rhythms to improve the efficiency and accuracy of CRM Data
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Business Owners, sales organization and user community to support Salesforce strategies and roadmaps
- Assist sales enablement and operations lead with tasks that exceed their capacity, ensuring continuity and efficiency
- Provide additional support during peak times or special projects
- Collaborate with sales operations to refine processes and improve efficiency
- Implement best practices and new tools to enhance the sales workflow
- Update sales operations materials, ensuring they are current and accessible
- Multiple sales enablement and operations projects and tasks to support the sales enablement and operations strategy
- Provide versatile support wherever it is most needed
- Sales Operations Process Documentation
This role is important for maintaining an organized sales process, especially during times of high sales order processing demand or when additional support is required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Experian products and services
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods
- Basic knowledge of PC desktop, mainframe, and database applications
- Experience with SFDC and Excel
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability in Excel to analyze data, compare data and produce outputs
- Experience juggling multiple projects at one time
- 1 -3 years of experience working in Salesforce.com
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with Seismic or some other Sales Enablement Internal Platform
- Experience tracking project management tasks and accountability to hold team to schedule
- Experience working with marketing, finance, learning, and tool vendors
- Proficiency in Sales Enablement Tool Stack, such as: Salesforce, Seismic, Outreach, Zoom Info, Gong, Prolific Crush
