Reports to: Manager, Sales Operations Excellence

As a Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilize SAP to support updates and information related to key activities or initiatives.
  • Provide key tools, updates to processes and procedures to sales team
  • Assist the Senior Sales Operations Analyst with Distributor Programs
  • Coordinate with Salesforce team to ensure customer master alignment.
  • Coordinate collection and assimilation of various documents with sales and customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to support updates and information related to key activities or initiatives.
  • Work with the team to develop new methods for stream-lining activities to impact selling efficiency and effectiveness efforts.
  • Understand when to escalate customer needs to management due to internal or customer issues.
  • Proactively seeks external knowledge to improve understanding and work output
  • Learn various processes within the sales operations team to serve as a support function.
  • Working within a team, use completed distributor resale schedules to create credits
  • Check and verify accuracy of submitted Customer Master Records. Manage data in SAP and Salesforce to ensure realignment and source of truth.
  • Work proactively with Distributor Account Managers in contracting volume and pricing
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on internal and external customer communications regarding material rationalization
  • Manage Value Added Service Guidelines for Texture and Healthful Solutions Customers

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 4+ years’ experience in finance, pricing, customer service and/or similar role. 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple levels within the organization. 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with windows based software programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, establish and maintain effective working relations with key members of our Go-To-Market teams.

Pay Range:

$67,520.00-$90,026.67 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
