ABOUT ROLE
As a Sales Operations Analyst on our Network Ad Sales team, you will oversee yield for all Univision networks. The heavy lifting is maneuvering the inventory capacity to create availability and maximize revenues, by collaborating with key teams such as: Ad Sales Planning, Traffic Operations and Performance Media. The role will be reporting to the Yield Manager as part of a cohesive 3-person team.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Analyze yield requirements against demand plan and sell out data.
- Optimize yield value to maximum value for all program capacity i.e. manage under/oversells of the network on-air inventory.
- Maintain selling titles and capacities in our sales system, Wide Orbit and Dealmaker.
- Coordinate with Planning Sr. Director on stewardship to assign ADU’s for liability.
- Anticipate capacity challenges and prepare yield management reports regarding sellout levels, competitive advertiser bookings, etc.
- Work with Traffic Operations to address in-week competitive category sellouts and advertiser separation to make sure all units can be placed as requested and log deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot any possible barriers that may arise in the process.
- Continue to innovate, update & execute the internal process.
- Other sales tasks (e.g. ad hoc reporting)
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ad sales support for a comparable network or at an ad agency with ad-supported revenue
- A positive, solutions-oriented, success-driven approach balanced with a strong customer service-oriented mindset and acumen
- Intermediate Excel experience with the ability to do pivot tables; formulas.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Wide Orbit a/o traffic experience is a plus
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deliver within deadlines
- Spanish fluency and/or multi-cultural experience preferred, but not required.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing to work onsite from the NY office location
- Employment/education will be verified
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location: Base annual salary: 64,000 – 70,000
