Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the overall management of the company's New Item Sales Sample process for US Retail Sales and supports our Sales Operations Leads with management of unfilled display vehicles (equipment including racks, coolers, cardboard displays driving incremental sales). The ideal candidate will be the primary owner of the new item Sales Sample process both internally and externally. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

  • Primary owner of the new item Sales Sample process internally and externally
  • Manage the sales sample manifest ensuring accurate representation of customer teams and sample amounts per shipment wave
  • Partner with our Brand Marketing teams on each new item sample wave throughout the year ensuring the key timelines for customer new item presentations are delivered
  • Key point of contact for our 3rd party logistics partner for sample shipments
  • Develop and manage the overall ZBB budget for the unfilled displays, working with Finance, Accounting and procurement teams
  • Participation in weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews with our external partners representing Kraft Heinz goals
  • Develop and manage reporting, utilizing our 3rd party partners to provide needed updates
  • Responsible for managing invoices and external partnerships
  • Partner with cross-functional leads across Sales Operations helping to achieve our yearly goals and aspirations


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment requiring organization, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Developed technical skills with Microsoft Excel. Other tools such as SAP, SharePoint, Tableau, strongly preferred
  • Ability to communicate with many different levels of company management
  • Exceptional customer service ability and a high level of professional integrity
  • Extensive analytical skillset and technical ability
  • CPG experience is preferred

Base Salary Range: $75,600.00 - $94,500.00
Target Total Cash Range: $90,720.00 - $113,400.00
Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
