As Sales Operations Analyst I, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales performance and operations at ZoomInfo. This position demands a keen analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail, with a primary focus on leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and process enhancement within the sales organization.

Work timing: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Work location: Chennai or Bangalore (Hybrid model: 3 days work from office)

What You Will Do:

Data Analysis and Visualization:

  • Dive into sales performance data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Clean and manipulate raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop comprehensive data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Sales Operations Support:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Compensation, Finance, Operations, and Sales to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in quota-setting, incentive structuring, and team hierarchy management to drive optimal sales performance.
  • Contribute to the creation of special incentives and opportunity alignment strategies.

Insight Generation and Process Enhancement:

  • Uncover actionable insights from sales data analysis, presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role or recent degree in an analytical field (e.g., business, economics, engineering, computer science, math).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with sales compensation software such as Xactly is advantageous.
  • A passion for driving meaningful outcomes and a willingness to take initiative and see projects through to completion.
