Team Description
The Sales Operations team is responsible for producing data and customer facing reports, maintaining the CRM and other sales tools, Customer SLA Reports, Critical Incident Reports and Service Credit.
Our team is looking for a Intern who will report to the Sales Operations Leader in the MVD Sabre office. The individual will be responsible for enhancing processes to drive efficiency across the team. The role requires a high degree of metrics and analytical focus, with the ability to understand complex contractual terms and relate those to operational performance.
Role and Responsibilities
What will you achieve?
- Performs reporting and analysis activities for sales operations.
- Analyzes sales-related values associated with such things as the order pipeline, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment.
- Review processes for efficiency and improvement.
- Maintains and enhances Salesforce automation systems; may develop sales dashboards/reports in using visual tools.
- Foster strong relationships with internal leaders/stakeholders across Sabre; responsible for collaboration and global process development across all segments in the region

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Entry level (0-3 years of professional work experience)
- Undergraduate degree or bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Knowledge of data analytics
- Comfort with numbers and the ability to untangle complex issues
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization, with strong capabilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Professional presence and business acumen with articulate oral and written communication skills
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate potential issues and suggest creative alternatives to overcome barriers
- Strong people skills and extremely resourceful
- Eager to know the travel/hospitality industry
- Excellent English communication skills

The internship period is 6 months, with the possibility of extension. It is a part-time modality, with a daily commitment of 6 hours.
