As a Sales Administrator reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

What Will You be Doing?

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of sales activities, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. May also assist with pipeline development.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager in creating and implementing sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Provide occasional support and coordination for events and meetings. 
  • Assist in training new sales team members on sales processes, tools, and systems.
  • Update or prepare process documentation, and workflow analysis.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.


What You Bring with You?

  • Strong proficiency in IT software systems (e.g.Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe) and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights, as well provide feedback on process optimization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.


Compensation Structure for the Position
The compensation package for this role is 50-60K USD per year and will be determined based on your experience, skills, and performance.
