Sales & Marketing Revenue Analyst based in Philippines/Poland – Hybrid

Avid Technology is seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Analytics professional to join our Sales & Marketing Revenue Analytics team. This role will focus on analyzing sales and marketing data, presenting actionable insights, and driving strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analytics techniques, adept at interpreting trends, and presenting findings. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze sales and marketing data across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok) to assess campaign effectiveness. Provide insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.

  • Create compelling reports and dashboards using tools such as Domo and Power BI. Monitor and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) including CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, and retention across various customer segments.

  • Standardize and maintain key marketing metrics across the lead-to-cash flow process, ensuring consistent and actionable measurement frameworks.

  • Identify trends and patterns in marketing and sales data to uncover growth opportunities. Translate data into actionable recommendations, clearly communicating findings to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze lead management processes and align metrics to ensure seamless tracking through the customer lifecycle.

  • Leverage knowledge of marketing technology stacks, including CRM systems, automation tools, and customer data platforms (CDPs). Enhance analytics capabilities through effective utilization and integration of these tools.

  • Measure and report on the impact of campaigns and Account-Based Experiences (ABX) programs. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

  • Support the implementation of attribution models to measure marketing touchpoint effectiveness. Incorporate insights from CDPs to enhance attribution accuracy and incrementality assessments.

  • Work closely with paid media, product, creative, and analytics teams to develop integrated growth strategies that maximize user acquisition and engagement.

  • Clearly and effectively present data findings to diverse audiences. Translate complex insights into actionable strategies that align with business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics, business, economics, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, preferably within a subscription-based or D2C software environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools such as Domo, Power BI, Google Analytics, and Looker. Familiarity with SQL, Google BigQuery, and advanced analytics platforms is highly advantageous.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to perform data analysis, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Experience integrating and analyzing data from CDPs and other marketing platforms is a plus.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. A collaborative mindset to drive outcomes through teamwork and shared goals.

  • Detail-Oriented and Proactive: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive learner excited to adopt new techniques and tools.

  • Product Familiarity: Knowledge of Avid Technology’s products and services is an advantage.
