Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in in optimizing district sales performance. By blending creativity with strategic thinking and tactical execution, this role empowers the sales team, optimizes sales processes, and drives innovative solutions. Your proactive approach will help elevate the team’s
effectiveness, leveraging cutting-edge technology and marketing strategies to influence results. You will bring
fresh ideas, streamline operations, and ensure the district meets its goals while anticipating future challenges
and opportunities.

Using strong communication skills and deadline management, the Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with the district business development team, and other stakeholders to drive impactful strategies. This role combines strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of sales and marketing dynamics, and a passion for technology. By leveraging data, tools, and cross-functional relationships, you will enhance business development efforts, create compelling marketing campaigns, and help the district stay ahead of the curve in a fast-paced, evolving marketplace.

Tasks and Duties

Sales & Operations Support

 Function as a strategic partner to the district sales team by providing innovative solutions that optimize sales performance.

 Lead the organization of weekly district sales meetings, ensuring they are aligned with both sales and marketing strategies.

 Manage and distribute high-quality, targeted sales leads to maximize conversion rates.

 Plan and facilitate engaging sales training sessions to enhance skill sets and promote marketing strategies.

 Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with the business development team.

 Develop and update marketing materials to align with the latest trends, ensuring they resonate with customers and prospects.

 Support the District Manager in branch meetings by preparing impactful presentations, offering actionable insights, and contributing strategies to improve meeting effectiveness.


Strategic Reporting & Analysis:

 Design and deliver customized reports that provide actionable insights, focusing on performance optimization and growth.

 Serve as the local expert, advocate for Sales Enablement tools, and ensure the team fully leverages these resources.

 Leverage technology to create and maintain reporting systems that streamline operations and support sales objectives.


Bid Management & Facilitation:

 Facilitate bid organization and responses for district’s bid owners (Qualitative responses, formatting, deadline management,

accuracy of response, etc.)

 Act as the go-to expert in bid management, ensuring that all responses align with district goals and customer needs.


Event Management & Customer Engagement:

 Strategize, coordinate, and manage customer-facing district events that align with both sales and marketing objectives.

 Gather and analyze survey responses to assess event effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.


Marketing

 Ensure customer-facing materials adhere to branding guidelines while exploring new ways to enhance engagement.

 Support the district’s marketing initiatives by collaborating with regional teams to execute Targeted Marketing Campaigns.

 Develop and distribute Targeted Marketing Campaigns, Regional & District’s Newsletter and Market update emails.


Personal Growth

 Attend training and development sessions to understand the requirements of Sales and Sales Operations

 Collaborate with Regional and GEO Sales Operations to ensure alignment and contribute to overall district success.

 Take on additional assignments and projects that support business development, bringing fresh ideas and strategies.

 Use of standard office equipment - computer with keyboard and mouse, phone, fax/copy/scan machine, etc.
 Ability to lift or transport up to 20 lbs. for marketing materials, food/drinks, and event setup.
 Customer facing at in-person events.
 Occasional travel for sales training and business events.

Qualifications

 Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
 Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
