Support end-to-end order management process by interacting with customers, manufacturing sites, and other internal departments to ensure all orders are executed in a timely and efficient manner. Sales support specialists responsible for key sales coordination activities. Supervision and support readily available from next line manager.


 

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing & trade initiatives
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional content
  • Coordinate marketing & trade activities at pharmaceutical chains and pharmacies to ensure optimized and consistent execution of promotion across all retail partners
  • Leading smaller-scale campaigns & initiatives to drive innovation 
  • Monitoring marketing budgets and track expenses to optimize resource allocation. Managing POs and invoices 
  • Ensure all marketing & trade activities adhere to internal compliance guidelines and external regulatory standards
  • Manage the coordination of contracts within department, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time and in compliance with company policies.
  • Gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities and refine strategies
  • Support planning and execution of internal & external events

Key performance indicators:

  • Project execution: timelines, projects’ completion rate, ROI
  • Percentage of marketing & trade activities that meet compliance standards
  • Accuracy in managing PO requests and receipts

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

  • Project management
  • Experience of working in cross-functional team

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to interact at different levels in a professional and positive manner
  • Strong analytical skills – handling data and reports
  • Self-driven personality and ability to manage activities in a solution oriented and independent manner
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented - efficient in approach and able to deal with multiple priorities
  • Curiosity and learning agility – eagerness to develop oneself and to find ways to increase work efficiency by using modern tools and technology

Languages :

  • Hungarian.
  • English.
