Job Description
Responsible to achieved organization sales goals. Develop sales strategies, manage sales budgets, analyze market trend & customer sales data, increase instore share, sales revenues. A Sales Manager also works closely with other departments, such as marketing, product team and customer service. To ensure of the sales process are aligned and working efficiently. He also responsible to work closely with customer shop front staff, update promotion activity, product information and take care merchandising corner and POSM.
All about the role:

Assists management in devising sales plans and strategies, develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for product sales channels to ensure sales targets are met.

To built excellent business relationships with the key account customers and work out smart partnership to attain sales target.

Monthly review with customer to report on performance versus agreed KPIs, execution of key events and product initiatives, highlighting issues and opportunities.

Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively, accurately, and analytically customer data.

Build and maintain effective customer relationships to build strong loyalty and relationship.

Provide market feedback to the Key Account Manager regarding movement of goods/competitor activity.

Work with Key Account Manager on the development of appropriate strategy for sales

Maintenance of merchandising & plan for new merchandising project at strategic locations.
What you’ll do:

Achieve Sales Target:
- Achieve annual sales target & goals with activities & support.
- Implement marketing promotion to ensure high impact in shop front to achieve goals.

Monthly monitor & Quarterly review with key account customer.
- Compare actual performance against target, constantly review strategies to attack competition.
- Conduct internal monthly review with the team & Quarterly review with dealers to update sales plan
- Monthly submission of 2 months firm plan & 2 months rolling plan to Key Account Manager.

Management of promotional plan
- Plan up annual activities plan for key account business partner (Monthly promotion, seasonerpromotion, In-store demo & joint promotion).
-Work with Marketing & Product team to obtain necessary resources to implement the plan
- Conduct evaluation & refine on-going plan to achieve greater results.
- Ensure POSM & shop front merchandising execute according to company guideline.

Responsible for dealer trade account receivables, make sure zero outstanding at all time.

Prepare monthly rolling sales forecast to the Demand & Supply Chain team.

Prepare yearly trading term & annual activities plan for each account

Hold regular meeting with Key Accounts to identify opportunity & form action plan to achieve goal.

Implement product assortment plan for each Key Account to maximize sales & profitability.
Who you are:
-
2 years working experience related Consumer Goods Marketing or Sales background, preferably in relevant industry.

College Graduate; Marketing/Business/other related courses
-
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Good managerial skills with good communication skills (written and verbal).
-
Strong adaptability skill and able to work efficiently under pressure with minimum supervision
-
Available to travel.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point.
