We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team! This position is located onsite in our Miami office.

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead and manage our first-ever remote sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by building and shaping the foundation of our remote sales operations. The team, located across the U.S., is responsible for making 200+ outbound calls daily, selling our luxury scented diffuser product line and financing program while overcoming customer objections with confidence and skill. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, fostering a collaborative and motivating virtual environment, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, inspire, and support a newly established remote sales team, creating a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Performance Management: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics, providing actionable feedback to ensure team members meet or exceed individual and team quotas.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and development opportunities to enhance team members' sales skills, product knowledge, and objection-handling capabilities.
  • CRM Oversight: Ensure the effective use of Salesforce CRM for tracking leads, managing pipelines, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaboration with Training: Partner with the Sales Trainer to onboard new hires effectively and deliver ongoing professional development to the team.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to optimize team performance and achieve revenue goals, contributing to the long-term success of our remote sales initiative.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges faced by the team, providing creative and strategic solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Motivation and Engagement: Foster a positive, high-energy team culture through recognition, team-building activities, and clear communication of goals and successes.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, team progress, and areas for improvement to senior leadership.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure the team provides exceptional customer experiences, aligning with the company’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably managing remote teams in a high-call-volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, cold-calling strategies, and objection-handling techniques.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and experience using it to drive team performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategic improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in the luxury or high-value product sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
