Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and execute sales strategy working closely with spa and medical team, hotel management team, corporate spa & wellness, corporate marketing, PR and commercial team.

  • Develop and deliver strategic plans to grow the business by establishing collaborations and contracting new businesses.
  • Submit and complete monthly sales activity plan.
  • Carry on the sales working with business contacts, list of prospects, companies and corporations.
  • Focus on assertively establishing new client contacts and developing detailed information on the potential revenues from these accounts.

Trade Shows, Consumer Fairs & Exhibitions: Identify and attend trade shows, consumer fairs, travel functions and medical wellness exhibitions to actively promote the business and achieve sales target.

  • Provide a monthly report about all sales activities and business trends.
  • Handle sales events, exhibitions and sales trips upon budget plan.
  • Introduce and update key and select travel agents through join and sole sales calls.

Business Development: Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, event sponsorships, and membership growth initiatives.

  • Attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the Longevity Hub's network and generate leads.

Business Relationships: In charge of establishing outstanding business relationships with companies and potential partners, members and customers, keeping regular and effective communications via meetings, calls and EDMs etc.

  • Arrange and propose educational site visits for travel agents, product managers, reservation staff, travel departments, tour operators and incentive agencies.
  • Handle all incoming inquiries from the trade, consumer and media locally & internationally.

Business Conversions: Meet with VIPs, influencers, event organisers to increase business conversion. Create and implement packages and promotions for off peak days & time slots. Drive opportunities to up sell spa and medical services, memberships, packages and programs.  

Guest Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with high-end guests, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations. Ensuring exceptional guest service standards are upheld and address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.

Sales Collateral and Presentations: Collaborating with Clinique La Prairie’s corporate marketing team which is based in Switzerland to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively showcase the Longevity Hub's unique offerings and value proposition. Ensuring all sales materials are up-to-date, accurate, and tailored to the target audience.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance, key metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market insights for senior management. Collecting and analysing market data to drive growth and build guest loyalty.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Support: Working closely with other departments, including operations, event planning, and membership services, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional member experiences. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Service Excellence: Providing exceptional guest service to all partners / end-users. Overseeing preparation of displays, products, and presentations and all marketing promotional tools in respect with Clinique La Prairie and Holistic Health corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or related field
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, loves challenges
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in medical wellness clinics or sales and in luxury business as Sales Manager
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English & Thai, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent network in Retail and high-end B2B partner especially in luxury business. Well connected with local market high-end clientele.
  • The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.
  • The drive, the passion and commitment to achieve personal and company goals (Passion to lead and a desire to succeed)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend events as required.
  • This role is open only to Thai nationals
