About the job

  • Develop and implement targeted sales plans & negotiate pricing and proposals
  • Identify and develop potential customers and partners 
  • Deliver product demos and presentations
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Track and close sales opportunities
  • Follow market trends
  • Conduct competitive analysis and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Monitor and report sales performance
  • Able to support sales processes in the field when necessary

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of sales experience in tourism and/or hospitality sectors
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, team player
  • Ability to participate in local and international fairs, events, and field visits
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
  • Confident in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Living in Izmir
