Do you know Amazon? That's a good start! Of course, the company is at the peak of its global conquest and preempts international commerce. It's the number 1 in e-commerce: just in France, 1 out of 2 people visit Amazon at least once a month.

Today, everything is sold there. From your Christmas gifts to your cleaning products, chances are you'll find everything! But from everything to anything, the border is thin. Many brands, although offering quality products, struggle to position themselves effectively. That's where we come in. Bizon is the first agency specialized in supporting brands on Amazon Europe.

Our mission: to enable any brand, regardless of its size, whether it is already present in the e-commerce segment or not, to sell its products on Amazon Europe in the most optimal way possible.
Our story: Founded in 2017 by Guillaume Rigallaud, Bizon goes from 0 to 70 employees and 10 million € in revenue in 5 years.
In 2022, the start-up is acquired by Publicis, the world's third-largest communications company.
Bizon is a team of 70 Amazon experts, within a Publicis team of over 1000 talents, spread across 5 sites in France: Paris, Lille, Lyon, Rennes, and Montpellier.
Whether they are building strategy or deploying their clients' campaigns, the talents test, develop and challenge the latest technologies and contribute to moving the lines of the media agency sector so that our professions constantly evolve. Job Description

Responsibilities:

In a context of strong growth, we are looking for talents to help us conquer Italian small and medium business market. Our common ambition: to become number 1 in Europe by 2025, just that! Based in our Publicis Italy offices, you are the cornerstone of our development within the Italian market;

  • Participation in the strategic reflection of the development of small and medium business activity in this new market ;
  • B2B commercial prospecting in Italian (phone, email, LinkedIn);
  • Sourcing/Acquisition of candidates through various channels;
  • Negotiation and preparation of commercial proposals;
  • Translation (website, templates, etc.) into Italian;
  • Participation in the development of commercial materials and communication Materials;
  • New clients acquisition and on-boarding

Qualifications

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commercial flair
  • You already have at least 6 years of successful experience in prospecting and business development
  • You are attracted to e-commerce and are fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Autonomous and proactive, you enjoy a challenge
