The Role

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies, where we recreated the venture capital world. Together with our co-founders, we gather strong teams to kick off and run tech businesses and win at global markets.

Brighterly is the EdTech startup that created a platform for children studying math in the USA. A well-coordinated, experienced team of 40+ people has a successful experience in creating an EdTech business aimed at adults. Now we are making confident steps in the niche for children and teach kids from 6 to 12 years old to add, multiply, divide, and understand algebra and geometry. It’s all in engaging form, on the top personalized resources with professional tutors.

For the first 2 years, we already have more than 1500 clients, who use Brighterly’s service.

Our aim for this year is to scale and take the leading place in the Ed-Tech business market.

To reach that, we need to sell a lot! That is why we are opening the role of a Sales Manager.

We are looking for Sales Managers of all grades with an Advanced level of English, who are ready to work on the USA market in a B2C sphere, only incoming requests.

Our HR team cares about you, so you will go through onboarding comfortably and fast.

Our Sales team will help you to understand all the rules and regulations so you will adapt to working in a new team in the shortest time.

The working schedule has evening and night shifts from 18:00 to 01:00 and from 22:00 to 05:00.

You will have access to all educational materials, internal professional training, and coaching for the development of your sales skills, the opportunity to work in a young and energetic team of professionals, communicate, and get experience from the CEO of the business and all leads who took part in creating Brighterly. We are all open to sharing.

About you:
— 6 months+ of sales experience;
— High level of empathy (active listening, candidate can hear and attract the customer);
— High level of intelligence (clear speech, no long pauses, building difficult sentences, jokes);
— Energetic nature (candidate sounds lively); persistence and result orientation;
— English level: B2-C1;
— Experience in working with clients online or offline;
— Willingness and readiness to work in a team.

— Basic sales techniques;
— Experience of working with CRM.
