Aareon Pay brings together software solutions for our customers in the housing industry, offering deep ERP integration that enables attractive financial optimizations in three key areas:
• Payment reconciliation
• Embedded finance (insurance and loan brokerage)
• Debt management
Our products connect our customers and cooperation partners (banks and insurance companies) directly within our ERP systems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicating the value of Aareon Pay: Demonstrating to customers how Aareon Pay simplifies, automates, and optimizes their processes with accuracy.
- Empathetic and targeted communication: Understanding customer concerns and addressing them effectively by emphasizing the benefits of Aareon Pay.
- Guiding customers toward decisions: Successfully conveying the value of Aareon Pay and addressing objections with empathy.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer processes: Gaining in-depth knowledge of payment and accounting processes in property management ERP systems, as well as specific customer requirements.
- Liaising with product development: Accurately relaying customer feedback and suggestions to the product development team to continuously improve Aareon Pay.
Your Profile:
- At least five years of experience in a similar role within property management and/or working with software systems, with a strong understanding of customer requirements.
- Strong empathy, communication skills, and enthusiasm to effectively convey the benefits of our solution to customers.
- Interest in digitalizing processes in property management; ideally, experience in property management operations or accounting and payment administration.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative work style, with a supportive team that will assist you during onboarding and help you succeed.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
