UPM Raflatac is looking for a Sales Manager Graphics who is responsible for identifying developing and growing profitable sales and relationships within North America by implementing the company sales & pressure sensitive graphic marking films strategy.

What you will do

  • Plan and coordinate customer meetings (calls, virtual, face-to-face) according to the target list
  • Meet sales and profitability in line with the targets for the Graphics Solution business unit
  • Manage customer portfolio to deliver required sales growth and profitability level, negotiate business terms and annual agreements with customers, and provide sales forecasts to our internal stakeholders
  • Consistently involve relevant parts of the organization, including Graphics Business Unit, Region Teams, Customer Service and Technical team, to support customer activity
  • Provide market and business intelligence on customer activity, competitor information and actions, end-user information, and requirements
  • Keep accounts receivable at target level and act in case of overdue, collect customers’ balance sheets and any other needed documents for credit control
  • Provide product consultancy and training upon customers’ needs, provide account plans, and ensure the delivery of the actions to develop customers' business
  • Participate in industry events and exhibitions and continuously develop the skills and knowledge required for this role

Who you are

  • You have min. 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have a university degree in a relevant field
  • You have a solid understanding of business practices and strong team management skills
  • Your aim is to work in an international company and a matrix company environment
  • You have experience or knowledge of the defined industry and market
  • You have extensive experience in selling to distributors and utilizing pull-through models. Additionally, you can showcase your consistent performance in sales, particularly in B2B field sales
  • You possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business case facts
