The role: Sales ManagerEmerging Markets

As we build on our legacy, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to represent our luxury brands across iconic accounts in Latin America, with a strong focus on Mexico and Brazil. In this role, you’ll go beyond sales—you’ll become a trusted partner to our retail accounts, building lasting relationships and creating exceptional experiences for customers. Your expertise will help us strengthen our presence in stores and online, delivering results that reflect the luxury and legacy of our brands.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Florida, with approximately 40%-60% travel. The role reports to the Sr. Sales Director. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home while engaging directly with customers and driving business growth, securing placements for our luxury brands in the Latin American market.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive strategic sales growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to secure placements and enhance the presence of our luxury brands in key accounts including Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen, Royal Albert, Royal Doulton, Moomin Arabia, and Iittala.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding customer needs to develop strategies that drive sales and strengthen brand presence
  • Develop and execute tailored growth plans for key accounts across stores and eCommerce channels
  • Lead account proposals, sales plans, and the line review process, collaborating with marketing, planning and analytics teams
  • Analyze sales data and provide accurate forecasts to ensure efficiency and exceptional service
  • Represent our brands at trade shows and industry events, identifying new partnership opportunities
  • Prioritize opportunities critical to both customer and business success, including new product categories and promotions

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in sales, account management, or business development within the luxury or premium consumer goods industry. Experience in Latin America is a strong advantage.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese required; fluency in English is essential.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Latin American retail market, including high-end and mid-tier distribution channels. Established relationships with key retailers preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to provide insights and deliver professional presentations to leadership teams.
