Job Description
As a Sales Manager DACH Channel you'll be responsible for Channel Management and Channel Development in DACH.
You will work with EMEA Channel Management Team and Product Management to identify and capture business growth opportunities.
You will report to Sales Director DACH.
The main responsibilities - you will do:
- Lead, create, and manage distributor(s), System Integrator(s) and Solutions Partner(s) to ensure they meet short-term sales goals and developing sustainable and profitable growth
- Foster Channel development in DACH.
The essentials - you will have:
- A minimum of 7 years related experience with recognized technical and commercial expertise in working within the given market
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Managerial skills.
The preferred - you might also have:
- Experience with our competitive advantage
- Preferably you know Rockwell Automation from sales to product businesses and must have demonstrated Management skills
- Experience with improvement of Automation products in a Customer Application Solution.
