Our Customer Growth team at Klaviyo are responsible for growth within our Central & Southern Europe account base. This is predominantly through selling additional technology in the form of CDP, SMS and mobile capabilities on top of our core platform. Ensuring our software is a true omnichannel offering is a key part of our strategy looking ahead.
As our Sales Manager for Customer Growth in Central & Southern Europe, you'll be responsible for working in partnership with the other Customer Growth teams and leadership in EMEA to set and execute on our EMEA sales strategy for CDP, SMS and emerging technologies. You'll work closely with the wider Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Marketing teams to help put our customers first by delivering a solution that helps the customer win across all owned channels.
Within this role you will:

  • Hire, train, and lead a team of Account Executives focused on the Central & Southern Europe client base
  • Accurately forecast your business each week/ month as well as identifying trends and reporting effectively within SFDC
  • Daily sales coaching and performance management
  • Leverage weekly scorecard to hold the team accountable to specific KPIs
  • Provide continuous feedback on what we're seeing in the market with competition, customer requirements, and provide insights to the business
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing to continually optimize lead generation efforts
  • Manage and lead sales process for high value deals and/ or renewals to a successful win-close


Who You Are:

  • 1-3 years of people management experience including coaching and development preferred
  • Fluent French and/or German language speaker in addition to English
  • Proven experience of regional and global cross functional collaboration building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Strong proven track record of success and overachievement within a SaaS sales role as an individual contributor either focused on net new business or growing an existing account base
  • Ability to quickly assess skills gaps, develop improvement plans and inspire your team around you to success
  • Highly comfortable with a changeable and fast paced environment, and experience within a high velocity sales environment
  • Full authorisation to work in Ireland without any restriction


NIce to have:

  • Direct experience with email marketing or SMS marketing technology within eCommerce
  • Being a first of a kind manager in the region (this is a new team)
  • Additional fluent European language skills such as Italian & Spanish (written and verbal)

The pay range for this role is listed below. Some sales and success roles are also eligible for variable compensation. This role is also eligible for competitive benefits and perquisites, subject to company policy and applicable law.
Base Pay Range in Local Currency:
€108.000 - €108.000 EUR
