Job Description

Your to-do list:

  • Leverage market understanding to articulate our strong points of differentiation.
  • Translate complex topics for a range of audiences and ensure robust commercial evaluation of investments and opportunities for growth.
  • Guide commercial strategy, promoting innovation in revenue models.
  • Define business plan for media products
  • Drive a client-centric, growth focused business culture. 
  • Ensure our profitable growth is closely connected to our capability to deliver, collaborating to set clear targets and KPI’s across the business.
  • Overseeing revenue driving products that build overall delivery of targets
  • Building a long-term foundation of a business partnership

The Lead will be integral to shaping a strong commercial vision and driving growth in a way that directly benefits their market but is also scaled and to the overall benefit of our clients first and foremost, Global Media community and the Groupe.


You'll report directly to Head of PMX

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • A highly focused commercially minded leader, with a strong client focus, excellent in driving clients long term business challenges.
  • A profile with leverage market understanding to articulate our strong points of differentiation.
  • Someone that can translate complex topics for a range of audiences and ensure robust commercial evaluation of investments and opportunities for growth.
  • A manager that will guide commercial strategy, promoting innovation in revenue models.
  • A drive a client-centric Lead, growth focused business culture. 

If you are:

  • A senior team player who can adapt and prioritize as the business requires, leading the growth strategy working with key senior stakeholders, sharing expertise to ensure every level of our organisation is aligned on priorities to deliver against our global growth plans.
  • Able to became a key to building collective knowledge of our key differentiators and enabling us to scale marketable solutions that deliver for our clients.
  • A mentor for talent across a global organisation, leading coaching and motivating matrixed teams to ensure annual revenue targets delivered.
