About the location:

The Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta is located in the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), one of the most prestigious areas of Jakarta, Indonesia. It provides easy access to corporate offices, shopping centers, and entertainment venues. Open since July 2016, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world.  The hotel offers a range of rooms and suites designed with a blend of modern luxury and Indonesian culture. These accommodations are equipped with top-notch amenities and offer cityscape views. The hotel also supports Indonesian culture and art, with an extensive art collection on display and regular cultural events. Recent awards and honors include the Top 20 List for Hotels in Asia as voted by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler.

What you will do

  • Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
  • Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget..
  • Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
  • Reviews direct competition and conducts regular research
  • Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications.
  • Conducts site inspections.
  • To handle all aspects of familiarisation / site inspection clients or groups including enquiry, co-ordination and execution thereof.
  • Responsible for post-fam /site inspection group follow-up such as sending “Thank You Letter” and developing a potential client’s database for future business opportunities.

  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task
  • Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
  • Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
  • Working knowledge is generally learned on the job.
  • Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
