We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive Team Lead to join our team. This role requires a hands-on sales executive who can lead by example, achieving revenue targets while actively participating in the sales process alongside the team.


Sales Executive Team Lead Responsibilities:


Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate potential clients on our offerings.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve current sales processes and systems, ensuring they are efficient and scalable.

Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales efforts and ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Leverage proven methodologies to identify opportunities, engage potential clients, and successfully close deals, ensuring a high conversion rate and long-term client retention.

Create customized sales proposals and manage contracts aligned with both client needs and company objectives.

Track and report on key sales KPIs and metrics to evaluate team performance, making adjustments as needed.

Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging industry changes to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance goals and providing guidance to meet and exceed targets. Works closely alongside CRO to accomplish strategic objectives.

 

Sales Executive Team Lead Qualifications:


2-5 years of proven experience as a sales team lead, with a focus on process improvement and implementation.

Proven experience in sales generation and closing expertise.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven sales management.

Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.

Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing business needs.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
