RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies and/or pursues prospects through various lead generated activities, including tradeshow, direct mailing, advertising, cold-calling, on key industry players and referral program.
  • Meets with prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process criteria, and their needs.
  • Develops sales presentations for potential new clients. Leads the sales presentations in support of growing the clientele for ULs services.
  • Responsible for meeting with and presenting to the highest profile/potential clients.
  • Provides value propositions, handles objections, prepares quotes, and closes sales by getting prospects' commitments.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, account growth, and sustaining customer loyalty.
  • Identifies and resolves a wide range of issues with little or no supervision.
  • Supports junior staff in the identification and evaluation of important customer information.
  • Using CRM software to manage sales activities and the stages of each deal on time.
  • Actively sharing ideas with other members of department to advance activities and achieve the targeted goals.
  • Valuing the company's philosophy and consistently maintaining a mindset aligned with its guidelines to apply in daily activities.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • University bachelor's degree or equivalent plus minimum 5 years of experience in sales with prior sales force management experience.
  • Experienced executive in B2B software, consulting, digital and technical solution sales to end customer.
  • Strong technical and business foundation, including formal account planning, sales strategy development, sales tracking, portfolio selling, and measurement.
  • Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Significant business travel and work outside of the office required.
  • Having basic IT knowledge and being able to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders.
