Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Sales Executive plays a crucial role for Sportradar by proactively pursuing and acquiring new clients and generating new revenue for the business. This position requires previous sales or related experience, superior communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. Responsibilities include securing new accounts through lead generation/conversion and inbound/outbound campaigns.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Develop the commercial approach for your region and negotiate contracts and terms for new contracts
- Proactively maintain broad-based domain knowledge of the key client segments and emerging market opportunities
- Seek out, synthesize, and deliver relevant, targeted insights to prospects that influence C-level decision-making
- Create and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations that address potential clients’ core business issues and identify opportunities
- Understand and identify potential opportunities and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with other Sportradar team members to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and execution
- Other duties as assigned
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of demonstrated success in a sales, account management, partnerships, or a business development role in the Gambling Industry.
- Good understanding of the industry and Sports Betting ecosystem.
- Able to think analytically, navigate complex and lengthy sales cycles, and create own pipeline & roadmap to convert prospects to clients
- Strong organizational, issue resolution, and decision-making skills are required. Superior verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and professional discipline with excellent follow-through
- Polished Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Collaborative and able to work well with others as part of a team
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work independently
- Highly motivated
- Languages: Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
Beneficial but not required:
- Experience in sports media, technology, and brands
- Experience working in a global organization
