We are looking for a Sales, Executive Director for Financial Services for our Customer Experience (CX) unit, to help us grow our business and close new deals in the EMEA region. You will position and sell our CX SaaS solutions, which allow our customers to design and manage great omnichannel experiences, through real-time Journey Orchestration.

We are looking for a Sales, Executive Director for Financial Services who will:

  • You will report to the VP Sales to contribute toward help us grow our business and close new deals in the EMEA/CALA region.

  • You will demonstrate thought leadership in the creation of effective sales strategies that will overcome objections and successfully secure significant customer investments in CSG SaaS products and solutions.

  • Share with customers unique insights about the Financial Services industry and how our products can help them compete in the marketplace to deliver impactful ROI.

  • You will develop relationships and advocates across the FS Industry and target customer organization, that can assist with building consensus on our solutions, on behalf of CSG.

  • You will create and manage sales opportunities within new accounts and work with internal resources and business partners to close new deals.

  • You will track economic and Financial Services industry trends as well as competitive threats and understand their implications on CSG’s target markets and existing customer base.

  • Lead the sales process to include the following activities:

1. Management of pursuit team including internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and third-party partners.

2. Development, writing and delivery of sales proposals from initial inquiries and RFXs through the final negotiation of a commercial agreement.

3. Creation, presentation, and sales of a complete value proposition for CSG solutions.

4. Negotiation of pricing and contractual terms.

Is this opportunity right for you? You should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in English in a business environment. Spanish, French and other languages would be a plus.

  • At least 15+ years of formal sales experience within CSG’s target markets, selling SaaS products to mid/large enterprises in FSS and Healthcare Industries.

  • Experience working with external partners to develop joint value propositions for target accounts and segments.

  • Experience identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing prospects with demonstrated results while leveraging SMEs to gain credibility with main prospects.

  • Experience assessing a difficult or complex situation and quickly formulate the correct solution.

  • Capability to negotiate complex sales deals.

  • Motivated by the desire to achieve/exceed sales quotas, with a sales hunter mentality·
