Envoy Global is searching for a Mid-Market Sales Executive to focus on driving revenue growth through direct sales and partnership development within Mid-Market customers. As the Sales Executive you will serve in a true sales hunter role! You will be responsible for generating new business, driving the full sales cycle, and expanding Envoy Global’s presence among small and medium-sized businesses. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong sales acumen and a true passion for identifying and capturing leads, managing relationships, and closing deals.

 

As a Mid-Market Sales Executive (B2B) - Corporate Immigration Technology, you will:

  • New Business Development: Identify and prospect Mid-Market customers, leveraging outbound sales strategies, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification, product demos, negotiations, and contract execution. 
  • Market Expansion: Drive Envoy Global’s strategic growth by expanding brand awareness and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. 
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and pain points, positioning Envoy Global’s immigration solutions as essential to their hiring processes and recruitment strategy. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, operations, and product, to enhance customer experience and optimize sales strategies. 
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth strategy.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), providing regular reports on progress and forecasts. 


To APPLY for this role, you must possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications: 

  • Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility. 
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals in a high-volume sales environment. 
  • Negotiation & Communication: Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust with Mid-Market decision-makers. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms (Teams, etc.). 
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset. 
  • Resilience and ability to overcome objections
  • Excellent relationship skills and ability to partner with everyone within the client and Envoy's organization
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment; take initiative when needed

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE- $60,00.00- $70,000.00

Travel Requirement- up to 20%
