Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will play a critical role in driving new revenue by selling payment processing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). Your primary focus will be creating value-driven sales strategies, crafting messaging, and delivering impactful presentations that position CSG Forte as the payment solutions provider of choice for SMBs in key verticals such as property management, healthcare, fintech, and professional services.

We are looking for a Sales Executive Associate who will:

  • Generate leads and secure sales with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs)

  • Present Forte products to diverse SMB merchants

  • Address any issues related to merchant applications and other necessary documents for enrollment on the Forte platform

  • Build a pipeline of prospective merchants within our Salesforce CRM and forecast revenue

  • Determine appropriate pricing and proposals 

  • Research competitors and understand our unique differentiators

  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently

  • Communicate effectively with your manager, particularly when client problems are not resolved in a timely manner

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and provide feedback for additional required products to ensure continued success in sales

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of sales experience

  • Familiarity with the payments processing industry across various sectors

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts and how to effectively apply them

  • Self-motivated with the ability to think strategically to identify, generate, nurture and qualify leads to turn them into sales ready opportunities

  • Aptitude for overcoming objections and effectively communicating value propositions to key decision makers and influencers

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, D&B, and other demand generation tools

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$68,356.34-$109,370.37

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
