The Role
The APAC Enablement team is looking for a Programme Manager to help us accelerate sales pipeline development by delivering actionable, repeatable programs in close partnership with Sales, Revenue Ops, Enablement and Marketing teams.
We work on a wide range of ever evolving and changing projects that range from enabling our new hires and setting them up for success, to honing the skills of tenured sellers.
You will be working on building and on delivering learning and programmes across all areas relevant to sales teams.
Positivity, tenacity and an ability to form empathetic and strong connections with our stakeholders, and each other, are key.
Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, measure and optimise scalable enablement programs, including the delivery of new hire bootcamps and role-based on-the-job training programs.
  • Execute with strong program management skills, including creating and monitoring work-plans, managing against milestones, following through with deliverable owners, driving proactive stakeholder communications, and tracking program KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across a global, matrixed environment to support the needs of the business.
  • Deliver training on sales methodology and sales processes.
  • Build a strong relationship with stakeholders in the sales organisation and be perceived as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand industry leading trends in learning strategies and tools.
  • Develop and analyse success metrics to measure impact and improve learning programs; continuously assess delivery process improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of in-person sales training events including sales kickoff.


Skills & Experience:

  • Preference for multi-language skills
  • 7+years experience in sales enablement, direct sales experience, or program management experience
  • Excellent program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills at all levels of the organisation
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and training best practices in a high-tech environment
  • Experience with sales methodologies and processes, experience with Value Selling and MEDDPICC a plus
  • Have an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent Google Workspace skills including Sheets, Slides, Docs and Forms
