We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in Israel. In this critical role, you will empower our sales teams by providing the tools, training, and resources needed for success. You will design and implement impactful enablement programs, leveraging cutting-edge instructional technologies to enhance learning experiences and drive sales effectiveness.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that improve sales performance, effectiveness, and productivity.
  • Support and train Cymulate sales teams (AEs, SEs, CAMs, SDRs) and partner networks to optimize their sales approach and support certification / accreditation programs.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, including onboarding, ongoing skills development, and product knowledge sessions.
  • Leverage instructional technologies to create digital learning experiences (e.g., online learning modules, video-based training, microlearning).
  • Collaborate with sales operations, marketing, and product teams to identify training needs and ensure field readiness.
  • Establish and track key sales KPIs, continuously refining programs based on feedback and performance insights.
  • Stay up to date with sales methodologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance training impact.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to align enablement initiatives with business objectives.

What You Will Have:

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement in SaaS B2B companies, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Native-level English presentation and communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working in sales enablement with a global sales force (emphasis on Europe and North America)
  • Proven track record of building and delivering effective sales training programs.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and optimize training programs accordingly.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
