About The Opportunity

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll own and drive customer-facing revenue teams' training and enablement initiatives from ideation to execution. You’ll make an impact by managing a wide range of enablement programs, such as new hire onboarding, product training, tools & systems effectiveness, sales upskilling, and just-in-time reinforcement. The role requires a self-starter who loves teamwork and has a roll-up-your-sleeves ability, and gets excited about ensuring new hires are wildly successful

The Day to Day:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to curate and deliver role-specific new hire onboarding programs, ensuring all materials align with our go to market strategy and goals

  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of programs and implement adjustments based on feedback and data 

  • Help manage tools and systems by providing documentation, training, and certification programs for Highspot, Salesloft, Salesforce, and LinkedIn

  • Contribute to enablement initiatives, such as upskilling, product training, professional development workshops, and career pathing as required.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices at Shutterstock, with onboarding and enablement effectiveness

  • Proficient in the use of various training technologies and e-learning platforms that make learning fun and exciting

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training program effectiveness and behavior change

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate: 

  • 3 + years of product training, onboarding, and program management experience

  • 3 + years of direct sales, customer success, and/or sales enablement experience

  • Experience creating and delivering engaging training using different learning modalities- classroom, virtual instructor-led, and e-learning. 

  •  Excellent understanding of regional and language-based differences regarding sales motion, selling environments, and go-to-market strategies. 

  • Familiarity with agile LMS systems and enablement tools such as Salesloft, LinkedIn, and, Highspot

  • Experience training sales-facing teams on the ins and outs of technical software solutions.  

  • A proven track record of successfully aligning learning outcomes to increase sales productivity

  • Experience establishing metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of sales enablement programs

  • Ability to travel up to 25% per month, including international travel as needed.

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.
 
The pay range for this position is below:

    • 95,000 - 115,000 per year in New York

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
