The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for working with sales management, frontline reps (both sales and pre-sales), product, and product marketing to increase sales productivity in both an inside and field sales model. An excellent SE Manager maintains a buyer focus and works cross-functionally to equip the sales team with the resources the buyer wants. To accomplish this, the SE manager must be proficient in tech stack optimization, content development/management/usage, sales best practices, market research, talent management, buyer journey optimization, and process efficiency. This position requires an individual that is results oriented and passionate about helping sales exceed sales targets.

  • Compensation Range: $83,066 - $95,987

Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with sales team and leadership to streamline the selling process by reviewing and identifying friction points and proactively bringing solutions for coaching/training needs 
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify and address specific performance challenges & group knowledge gaps
  • Work with managers and reps to support pipeline reviews, prioritize deals, and provide strategic guidance on deal progression and positioning
  • Conduct call shadowing and review sessions to provide targeted feedback that reinforces selling skills and improves performance
  • Collect and provide insights on competitive challenges and product positioning back to the team 
  • Continually measure the effectiveness of programs to assess and report on the impact of enablement initiatives and make data-driven adjustments to optimize impact and results
  • Create content including the execution of training for the sales team including AE’s, SDR’s and managers. 
  • Partner with internal teams to align sales enablement initiatives with CRM configuration, reporting requirements, and company objectives
  • Contribute to increasing sales productivity and increase engagement of team in training 
  • Understanding of various instructional methods such as 1:1 training, group training, role plays, web & in person training, etc. 
  • Passion for developing and empowering sales team and leaders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

What You’ll Bring

  • Knowledge of Google Suite preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM and Outreach/Salesloft preferred
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change.
  • Must be detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to craft messaging that is relevant and compelling to ensure emails and presentations align with buyer pain points and motivations. 
  • Strong presentation skills in small and large groups
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, product and leadership to align on objectives, share insights and ensure an overall unified approach.
  • Must be able to coach, mentor and build relationships in a virtual team environment.
  • Strong one-on-one interpersonal skills such as empathy, conflict resolution, patience, adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to manage cross functional teams/projects.
  • Ability to perform a situational analysis to form opinions or solutions.
  • Ability to listen closely to the sales team to understand the needs and challenges

Education and Experience:

5+ years training delivery required.

3-5 years delivering sales results in a quota carrying role preferred.


Work Environment & Physical Demands: 

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
