As a Sales Enablement & Leadership Development Partner for APJ, you will play a pivotal role in bridging global enablement strategy with regional execution, ensuring programs are not only implemented but deeply relevant and actionable.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a deep understanding of sales leadership, behavioral change, and enablement best practices. You will partner closely with regional sales leaders to embed enablement into the rhythm of the business, reinforcing critical skills and aligning programs to APJ’s unique market dynamics. Beyond execution, you will have the autonomy to innovate—piloting new approaches, leveraging AI-driven insights, and driving continuous improvement to elevate sales performance.

Adapt and implement global enablement initiatives to align with APJ’s sales strategies, ensuring relevance to regional markets and business needs.

Ensure adoption and execution—going beyond training to influence how enablement translates into real-world sales success
Lead Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Identify and drive regional enablement initiatives that address specific sales challenges, from leadership development to improving deal execution.

You will own the "leadership lens" for driving behavioral change within the APJ sales organization.

Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance enablement effectiveness, piloting new approaches to accelerate sales performance.
Strengthen Adoption, Reinforcement & Measurable Outcomes

Move beyond one-time initiatives by designing reinforcement strategies that drive long-term behavioral change and skill retention.

Work with sales leaders to ensure enablement is integrated into daily operations, fostering accountability and continuous development.

Analyze impact and effectiveness, using data to refine programs and maximize business outcomes.
Collaborate & Influence Across the Organization

Act as a trusted advisor to regional sales leaders, ensuring enablement aligns with business objectives and directly contributes to revenue growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a cohesive, cross-functional approach to enablement.

Championing Best Practices: Share insights and best practices, contributing to the evolution of global enablement strategies.
About You
What You'll Bring:

Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a sales leader enablement or leadership coaching role, ideally with experience supporting sales teams in APJ.

A strong understanding of sales methodologies, deal execution, and sales leadership best practices.

Demonstrated ability to translate global strategies into actionable regional plans.

Experience in driving behavioral change within a sales organization through effective coaching, reinforcement, and leadership enablement.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence and build trust with senior leaders.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Experience with learning management systems (LMS), sales content management platforms, and other enablement technologies.

Data-driven approach - able to measure impact and refine enablement initiatives based on insights.

An AI-savvy, innovation-driven mindset - always exploring ways to enhance learning and performance through technology.

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional APJ languages is a plus
