JOB TITLE: Sales Enablement Coordinator
REPORTS TO: VP of Sales

SUMMARY
The Sales Enablement Coordinator will be the strategic link between the sales, marketing, and technology teams, focusing on enhancing sales productivity, lead generation, and process optimization. This role will develop and implement tools, training, and processes to empower the sales team to exceed revenue targets while closely tracking performance data and market trends in the healthcare staffing industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Enablement & Strategy
• Develop and implement a lead scoring model in collaboration with sales, marketing, and tech teams.
• Ensure consistent follow-up and management of all marketing-generated leads through defined workflows.
• Collaborate and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email sequences, paid ads, and conference initiatives.
• Build and maintain ROI reporting frameworks for all marketing and sales campaigns.
• Track engagement signals and provide actionable insights to influence sales strategies and pipeline performance.
Industry Insights & Collaboration
• Brainstorm and propose innovative strategies to improve sales effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends in physician & APP staffing and locum tenens services, collaborating with marketing and sales to develop campaigns targeting emerging ‘hot’ pockets.
• Work with the marketing team to define ideal customer personas and develop campaign strategies to target them effectively.
• Optimize and maintain LinkedIn profiles for the sales team to align with the company's provider-centric messaging strategy.
Accountability, Training and Team Support
• Monitor adherence to sales processes and goals & assist sales leaders to hold team members accountable for completing tasks.
• Own the utilization and optimization of sales database platforms like Definitive and ZoomInfo for lead generation and market intelligence.
• Partner with leadership, L&D, and marketing teams to train the sales team on new tools, positioning strategies, and campaign tactics.
• Work in collaboration with sales leaders to develop and maintain sales playbooks, where to play and how to win strategies for ongoing education and skill development.
Data Management & Optimization
• Leverage CRM tools to organize, maintain, and extract data for sales campaigns.
• Download, clean, and segment contact lists for targeted outreach and campaign optimization.
• Ensure the quality and completeness of CRM data, including lead source attribution and lifecycle stage management.
Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create & monitor dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations or marketing roles within staffing or similar sales environment
• Expertise in CRM and automation tools (e.g. Salesforce/Target Recruit, HubSpot), data analytics, and sales intelligence tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, Definitive)
• Data Management: expertise in list segmentation, data cleaning, and targeted list generation for outreach optimization
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills; experience developing sales collateral and training materials
• Analytical skills: strong ability to assess sales performance data and derive actionable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite; expertise in Excel
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
