As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will play an important role in making sure our global Go-to-Market team is equipped with the knowledge and tools to close deals efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales enablement, content management, sales and marketing tactics, and the role of AI in insurance. The ideal candidate has a desire to learn, strong coordination and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvements and learn.
This is a 6 month contract and in order to most effectively connect and partner with fellow Shifters, we require this position to be in the office a minimum 1-2 days per week.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and update content management tools to ensure the sales team has access to the latest resources.
- Coordinate the scheduling of onboarding sessions for new go-to-market team members worldwide.
- Propose content adjustments when necessary
- Edit and create engaging internal sales training to support ongoing education
- Conduct periodic internal surveys to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales enablement team to support various initiatives and projects.
- Assist with other duties as needed, showing a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to team success.
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational and ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English fluency required, French is a plus)
- Tech-savvy, ideally with experience in video editing software, sales enablement tools (e.g. Highspot) or learning platforms.
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced, global environment
