As a Sales Effectiveness Analyst, you will analyze sales data, focus on the monitor and measuring sales productivity also performance (such as performance management, CRM management, etc.), run the numbers for outlook/projection, creating detailed reports. The main goal is to help management in making strategic decisions to improve sales effectiveness and productivity for the organization.

What a day at work for you will look like

  • You will focus on sales performance management, CRM management, and analytics
  • You will assist in day to day analysis regarding the direct sales productivity and performance, monitor and measure them, analyze where critical issues might exist, and address those issues
  • You will prepare accurate reports and present actionable information and insights to team members and management
  • You will compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
  • You will gather and analyze sales data in order to understand trends, monitor metrics, perform data profiling to identify problems or anomalies, and address them proactively
  • You will work closely with Senior Manager Sales Effectiveness to discuss outcomes from different data analyses and prioritize further focus
  • You will support the execution of strategic projects within the Sales Effectiveness and Lamudi Sales function, create progress reports, align with the respective team, ensuring that the projects are fully implemented.
  • You will drive standardized sales operations and processes within the sales team as well as drives adoption of standardized tools and reporting
  • You will be actively involved in the sales planning cycle
  • You will assist in processing data for the need of advising the entire Senior Management team.
  • You will perform other ad-hoc projects/tasks to improve the performance of the company or non-regular specific needed report views and analytics
  • You will collaborate with team members and other respective teams of other departments

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or computer science, or in any relevant field for the position
  • Min. 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, sales strategy execution, data analysis, and sales analytics, or similar position in a company
  • Clear, demonstrable, and unequivocal passion for business, data, and analysis
  • Excellent in Excel/Google Sheet, in pivot tables, in maintaining and extracting data from complex reporting, and in PowerPoint/Google Slides is a bare minimum. Intermediary SQL skills or a strong desire to learn is desired. The ideal candidate will be able to write/manage Google BigQuery (SQL) queries
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and is comfortable presenting to senior management (to deliver ideas, plans, solutions, and arguments in a structured way supported by relevant data)
  • Program management ability: Ability to understand programmatic execution and how to orchestrate across teams
  • Capable of quickly understanding processes, not constrained by only one correct way of doing things but rather creative in finding possible solutions within compliance rules
  • Self-starter with strong collaborative skills and a can-do attitude
  • Have an attitude of learning & self-improvement
  • Highly organized, structured thinking, and able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio is a plus point
  • Fluent in English
