This role may be remote if not local to the El Paso, TX area. The Sales Director will have direct and proven success as a Hunter in BPO Sales. This is an individual contributor role. The Sales Director in this role is responsible for individual overall daily management of strategic and operational Customer Relationship activities for new business development. The BPO Sales Director must have extensive Hunter experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals that track and measure growth and may also be individually responsible for managing key accounts. The Sales Director will ensure that the Salesforce CRM system is regularly updated to accurately reflect the daily status of each lead and opportunity. The BPO Sales Director with extensive hunter experience will prepare presentations that will convince potential clients to do business with the company, commensurate with defined sales quotas and in a manner that is consistent with Datamark's Mission and Strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field
- Assume full personal ownership of all sales functions for the acquisition of new logos as assigned
- Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute an effective business plan for increased sales growth across new client verticals as assigned
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings and prospect needs
- Provide leadership, vision, and direction on personal day-to-day Sales activities to reach activity and closed new business goals least
- 10 years of business-to-business experience in BPO industry directly interacting with customers
