We are looking for a Sales Director for LATAM to join our expanding team. In this role, you will lead the sales strategy and execution across the LATAM region, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You will have a deep understanding of ThetaRay solutions and how they drive customer ROI. We seek a leader with a proven track record in building and nurturing customer relationships, particularly in the SaaS landscape.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies for the LATAM market, driving revenue growth.
· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
· Qualify deals effectively, with a strong understanding of customer needs and motivations.
· Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients.
· Maintain close relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
· Oversee pipeline management and documentation in Salesforce.
· Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
· At least 7 years of sales experience in a SaaS company, with a focus on the LATAM market.
· In-depth experience in the payments ecosystem is a must.
· Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
· Residing in LATAM or willing to travel to the region monthly.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Demonstrated track record of successful deal closures.
· Ability to build strong relationships and possess a deep understanding of customer needs.
· A proactive, can-do approach.
· Self-starter, energetic, and excited to thrive in a startup environment.
